Bouquet: ethereal, with sensations of ripe fruit, of Rosehip and of
berries.
Taste: tasty, moderately tannic and redolent of raspberry and
redcurrant. Excellent aftertaste with spicy hints.
Food pairings: Extremely flexible, it goes well with many dishes: from stuffed pasta dishes to lasagna with meat sauce, from roasts to stews, from grilled meats to medium-aged cheeses.
